You have been locked up for weapon smuggling and as your ship is taking you to the prison, you notice problems that cause it to break down. Since there is no way for you to get off the ship and something very fishy is going on, your only option is to try to defend yourself from anything that might come up.
Aliens have taken over the ship in Alien Attack 3D and now that you know what is going on, you know exactly what you have to do, and that is to take the aliens out at all costs.
