The game Effin Terrorists 2 has one very simple goal: you must take out all the terrorists that are roaming around if you want to score high. They will be running around all over the place, doing even balancing acts on top of buildings, but all the time moving quite fast.
You have to hold your gun steady and follow that red sign that the gun makes on the screen, because that is the place where you are most likely to hit your target. Don't waste your bullets and take out all the terrorists that you have to in order to move further to the next level.
